Refund Policy

All donations on Pluvexion are processed by our payment-processor partner. Refund eligibility is determined per the processor’s standard policy; in most cases a refund must be requested within 14 days of the donation date.

How to request a refund

1. Email hello@pluvexion.store with the date and approximate amount of your donation.
2. We will forward your request to the payment processor and reply within 5 business days.
3. Approved refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your card issuer, please also email us so we can pause any related fulfilment and respond to the dispute.
